La Moda is one of my most favourite restaurants, that is located very strategically in the heart of Plaza Indonesia. If you’re fond of strolling around Plaza Indonesia, I’m pretty sure you won’t miss this place as it’s very eye-catchy. It might also because of the modern stylish interior, decorated with much thoughtful aspect, making it a very comfortable place to sit down for lunch or dinner or even high tea.
In this occasion, I’d like to share about their newest offer, which involves high tea and all you can eat buffet. That is a pretty rare combination, right? But well, I truly feel that it’s a heck of an awesome deal, considering most restaurants serve high tea in a conventional way. As you might have known it, high tea usually involves some small sweet and savoury selections, and of course, tea/coffee as the companion. In La Moda, they serve high tea generously by offering a lot of sumptuous sweet & savoury selections on the pop-up bar in the centre and let guests have them as much as they want!
Let’s talk business. This Sunday High Tea costs IDR 138k++ per person, and it includes 1 cup of TWG tea/ILLY coffee. It actually is really really cheap and pretty much the best deal you can get for an elegant high tea time. There are about 25 variants of petite companions, ranging from little pizza bites, croissants, burgers, pannacottas, creme brûlées, cake slices and many more (all comes in mini size). All the cakes and pastries are made fresh and will always be refilled during the high tea hours. So, do not worry about running out of your fav cakes and pastries.

Well, personally, this is a heaven for me. Imagine all those gorgeous cakes and mini burgers going straight to the mouth (from the bar!) for a good 3-hour time. Those tea time is definitely a good feat for some catching up with friends, dating and even for a family bonding moment!
