It’s a Wonderful Brunch. Cut Catch Cucina – Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Part 2

In all pure honesty, we truly spoiled ourselves there at Cut Catch Cucina. Without us knowing, it was almost 3 in the afternoon. The brunch time is from 11 – 3, so it was time to leave! But… the fun was not over! In the package, we were entitled to enjoy the swimming pool too! So, we said yay and spreaded our wings to the pool heaven… only to find the big divine pool was literally crawled with human beings… There was almost no free space for us to swim!

Instead of going all mellow and heart-broken, we took like 10 steps ahead and went to the beach where there was HOPE for happiness! (ops, sorry for the dramatic words! Can’t help it ;P)

The beach was really clean and the water was calm. There was a line of wave breaker seen surrounding the limited area, so it was really safe for us to get wet! Somehow, a bit too calm for us. But safety first, right?

A true paradise, ain’t it?

After soaking all wet in the salty sea, we took a break by sun-bathing (for like 30 seconds) and decided to continue back to the pool! Suddenly, we didn’t mind swimming (or rather, dipping walking dipping walking) in the pool of human-beings.

Here’s the pictures I took earlier before going in to CCC. The pool is actually pretty great without the crowd. There’s even a separate pool where it faces quite directly to the beach!

At the end of the day, it was a half day full of fun! Afterall, happiness is the state created by our minds, and we decided to be happy that day despite the super crowded pool.

Perhaps, if I can have a say, the one thing for Sofitel to improve is the attentiveness of the people in charge for the cleaning service inside the bathroom. On that day, (I understand it was a certain occasion), the guests were a bit unkind and ignorant, throwing tissue all over the area, and the showering area was flooded with water. So, for the sake of the hotel itself, I suggest a special attention during that situation. Sofitel Nusa Dua is a big resort hotel, and I am confident that they will be able to manage it better in the future.

Cut Catch Cucina on the other hand, was pretty much flawless! Will certainly be back when I get the chance.

A final glimpse of CCC.

See you again, foodventurers! I’m bringing more Bali posts to you!

One final look at Sofitel with its beautiful environment.
