Here is a GREAT news, the famous Uncle Tetsu Shop is coming to town!
In case you didn’t know, Uncle Tetsu is originally from Fukuoka, Japan. They are now available in more than 11 countries and have more than 200 shops around the world. Now, they’re opening their first shop in Indonesia, and it’s located in Central Park Mall LG level (very close to Llao Llao).
Their infamous Japanese Soft Cheese Cake is said to be amongst the best, and I’m pretty convinced about it especially knowing that Uncle Tetsu is the first to create Japanese soft cheese cake. Walking in to their outlet is like walking into my grandparents’ house when they baked, it smells really really good.
I’m very happy to get the chance to be amongst the first to have a preview for their signature Japanese Cheese Cake and also their process of making it. The delicate procedures are handled professionally by all the staffs and the making of the cheese cake has gone through meticulous quality control. That’s what to be expected for an establishment that’s coming from Japan.

Other than this, they also do have some other famous menus such as Cheese Tart and Zuccotto Cheese Cake. I can’t wait to try them some other time!
