Hi, I’m making a short review here for Fluffy Cakes.
Fluffy Cakes provides traditional spongy cakes with traditional topping too. Everything they offer is a classic, from grated chocolate chocolate sprinkles, cheese or peanut. Well, who doesn’t love either one of that?
Well, Me myself, think the cakes are awesome, especially amongst the new modern cakes with too much cream or fancy stuff. Fluffy Cakes focuses on the quality rather than the fancy novelty. The cake base is very fluffy (as promises) and matched well with either topping. But me, personally, I love the cheese cake and grated chocolate cake.They both are hard to dislike. But my tips, if you happen to order the cakes, you should chill them first in the refrigerator. Why? When it is served chill, it tastes even more better, mostly because of the delicious cream. When it is chilled, the cream is becoming a bit icy, and when put in the mouth, it feels like the cream is melting inside!
Price-wise, it’s not expensive and it’s not entirely cheap too. I meant, they have to use good quality ingredients, right?
How much is the price?
1 box of the cake (with 25 slices) and 1 flavour will cost you IDR 160.000,-.
If you like it mixed, you can have 2 flavours in a box too (24 slices). The price is IDR 170.000,-. Slightly higher than the 1-flavour cake but you get the best of both worlds. I highly recommend you have a box of cheese and grated chocolate cake! But really, the peanut cake is great too, I just have this sensitivity towards peanuts, so I often avoid peanuts.
