So, one of the most favorite annual festival that I’ve attended several times (at different venues) is this Spicy Thai Food Festival where we as guests can taste the true Thai dishes brought to us by Thai chefs! It really matters because it’s one of the few ways to actually indulge in authentic Thai dishes without having to fly directly to the country of the White Elephants!

From 9-14th September 2019, Chef Eddy and Chef Toi presented their best selection dishes to represent their roots such as the famous Pad Thai, Tod Mun Pla/Thai Fish Cake, Pla Pao/Grilled Barramundi with Rock Salt, Green Curry Chicken, Roasted Duck Thai Red Curry, Somtum, Coconut Rice and more at Cafe One, Wyndham Casablanca.
Some of the highlight for me personally were Thai Chicken Curry, Pad Thai and their Grilled Barramundi with Rock Salt!
Even more fun, Cafe One also collaborated with Chapayom Indonesia to open up a pop up store that offered guests to indulge in Thai signature drink!
