Paldo Bulnak. Spicy Fried Octopus Ramyun.

Hi, first post of 2017! Happy New Year 2017, people!
May this year bring much more blessing and happiness! 🙂

Btw, good news!
For those who love Samy*ng, here is a challenging opponent. Paldo Bulnak.

First of all, I’m certainly no expert in this instant noodle scenery. All I know is that I love Samy*ng for its spiciness, but honestly, eating Samy*ng is easy for me. No tear, no scream. Different story for Indomie Abang Adek. 😛

Well, Paldo Bulnak is one of a kind. It has this sweet hint coming from the octopus. The result is pretty mind-blowing. First impression is like, “Sweet, nah, it’s not spicy at all.” then it will go to “hm.. Well, it’s pretty spicy..”, and seconds later, “Boom!” The joke is on us!

For me, it’s totally different when it comes to Bulnak. The certain sweetness is actually its key strength and the aftertaste heat is actually its surprise attack. Both sensations make this Bulnak a formidable contender in the instant noodle scenery.

So, try it yourself?

Suggestion:
If you want an extra heat, put some chopped chili when cooking, and add a bit of sesame oil. For a good creamy finish, put a poached egg on top.
